as i prepare for father’s day with preslee, mason and drew tomorrow, i can’t help but think about all the special father’s days with my daddy. it seems like just yesterday that my own mom helped amy and i wrap our special gift that we had made for him. no matter how small or simple, to him, it was the best gift that he had ever received. he made us feel like we were the luckiest girls on earth!
there is nothing more special than a father/daughter relationship. throughout my life, my dad had always been there for me. he was always the perfect role model and one of the most influential people in my life.
so, daddy my message to you on this father’s day eve, is I Love You. you have made me a better person with the love and support you have given me. being your daughter is my gift. you are without a doubt, my hero and my first love! happy father’s day!!
