today i had my 33 week appt and my first of twice weekly non stress tests and bio physical profiles. for the non stress test, i am hooked to the monitor for a minimum of 20 minutes while they watch the baby's heartbeat for accelerations and decelerations. finley was all over the place and kept kicking herself off the monitor, but passed with flying colors. the biophysical profile is an ultrasound where she is given points for different things that she is supposed to be doing (moving her hands, practicing breathing, etc.) she scored a 10/10 in the first couple of minutes. looks like we have another over achiever on our hands. preslee and mason always did the same thing!
we got some really sweet pictures of her. my OB says she has a lot of really really thick hair. i can't wait to see it! i got a cute picture of her with her mouth wide open and she loves those little hands over her face. she is absolutely so beautiful. can you tell i am in love?
my BP is still holding steady and really low, so no signs of pre-eclampsia again so far. she seems to be really comfortable in there. so we will go back every monday and thursday until the 14th of january.
everytime i see her sweet little face on the ultrasound, i just get so excited to meet her. only 5 more weeks!
