Christmas 2008
we took the girls on friday to see the annual train garden at kenilworth mall. while we were there, we noticed that santa was already there and set up to take christmas pictures with the kids. the girls are in love with santa and talk about him all the time. we have been reading the night before christmas at bedtime for about the last week or so and they love it. we assumed that they would be so excited to get their pictures made with him. well, we were wrong! mason was hysterical, screaming, "mommy, hold you" and clinging to me for her life. preslee was a little better until drew set her on santa's lap. then she started to say, "no, santa" and cry. so, the cute posed santa picture of the girls became a non-planned family photo. needless to say, drew and i weren't exactly dressed for the occasion but it made for a cute memory. sorry santa!

That looks exactly like our "family" santa photo. Mia and Jacob became hysterical and the only way we got the photo was with us in it!! I'll be posting ours today too!!

Such a funny story! Cute pic of all of you, and what a great memory. Whew, the countdown is beginning--January seems so close, doesn't it? We're going to be busy!!
