i am blogging one-handed and it feels amazing. i have the most sweet-smelling, soft, perfectly formed baby girl in my arm. my heart feels as though it could explode, from overflowing love and wonder. my mind can hardly wrap around the fact that in 4 years of marriage, drew and i are the proudest parents of THREE beautiful baby girls. i hardly recognize myself. i have thanked God a hundred times in just the past 3 days that his plan for my future included not only drew, preslee and mason, but someone so precious i couldn't have picked out a more amazing little one- finley clark beynon. all the trials and hardships we go through in our lives definitely make moments and days like today a million times more incredible and memorable. sometimes it's hard to accept all that we walk through but looking at life from this point just makes it so worth it.
i feel good so far and after such a speedy delivery i am ready to have three more. it's drew that needs the convincing now.
i promise more pictures as soon as i can download them off the camera. but until then, you can take my word for it that finley is more than i thought a baby could be. she's every bit as gorgeous as preslee and mason. at three days, 12 hours old, i stare down at her and the tears flow freely. she's so perfect, i just can't believe she is ours. i want to soak up every minute of her. she's just days old and already i can't imagine my life without her. i am totally and completely in love. and it's the most wonderful thing. ever.

When I look at Finley I see the beautiful baby that you were...just a few years ago. She has the same beautiful dark hair that you had as a baby and that same sweet little smile.It brings back such pleasant warm memories for your Dad and me. I look forward to watching Finley grow and change. I know she will love having two beautiful big sisters to teach her about Mickey Mouse and Pooh.
