It's Almost Time

sweet baby finley,

it is january 13, 2009, the night before your birthday. i still can’t believe that 9months has passed since your daddy and i first found out that you were coming and it is time to finally meet you.

i am so excited to see your sweet little face and introduce you to your amazing big sisters, preslee and mason. they have talked about you for months and are beyond thrilled to be a big sister to their “Baby Fimley”. i have to warn you, they are prepared to feed you, hold you, watch mickey with you, but most of all love you. they have the sweetest, gentlest hearts and i can’t wait to watch the three of you grow up together and become best friends.

daddy and i have loved you from the first moment we saw that “t” sign on the pregnancy test. our hearts are bursting with love; it’s as if we have known you forever. you are truly a miracle and we can’t wait to share the world with you. we will always be on your side. we will do our best to protect you from heartache and pain. but most of all, we will cherish every moment and love every second of watching the world through your eyes.

so tonight give me lots of memories of sweet little kicks that i will never forget. i have been so blessed to carry you inside of me for all this time and it is something i will cherish forever. i thank God that he gave us to you. you are our special miracle in so many ways. so many people have prayed for you and are so excited to celebrate your birthday. it’s only a couple of hours until i get to meet you my sweet little girl and i am so excited! i can’t wait to count your little fingers and toes and hear all the squeaks and sounds you are going to make when i hold you. you are going to make our family complete. we love you so much Finley Clark Beynon. sleep tight baby, it will only be a few more hours.
